“Caucus Corner” is a new weekly audio program to promote key priorities
from the Caucus’ 2022 People’s Budget
ALBANY, NY (January 30, 2022) – The Black, Puerto Rican, Hispanic, and Asian Legislative Caucus will host a new audio series named “Caucus Corner” to connect with policy experts and community based organizations for a brief analysis of the central priorities contained in the 2022 People’s Budget released early this month. On the inaugural episode, members of the Caucus will host special guests — Assemblymember Richard Gottfried and the Legislative Director of Citizen Action of New York, Rebecca Garrard — to discuss the New York Health Act and its ramifications for people of color in New York State.
